Structural Steel Estimator (Structural & Architectural Drawings)

* Review structural and architectural drawings * Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for structural steel * Prepare drawing markups and identify scope requirements * Assist in preparing accurate project cost estimates * Analyze project documents and specifications * Communicate directly with US clients regarding scope, estimates, and clarifications * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate scope interpretation

* Proven experience in structural steel estimating * Strong ability to read and interpret structural and architectural plans * Experience performing quantity takeoffs and preparing estimates * Must have experience working directly with US clients * Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (mandatory) * Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills * Experience working with estimating software (tools will be provided by the company)

The company already has the required estimating software and tools. The estimator’s primary focus will be reviewing drawings, performing takeoffs, and assisting in preparing accurate estimates while coordinating with US clients and internal teams.
